Genera shower toilet – operation

A well-designed smart device should eliminate any confusion for users regarding its operation. Instead, it should facilitate intuitive and effortless interaction through a mobile application, remote control, buttons, or knobs. When developing Genera shower toilets, we focused on ensuring that their operation is pleasurable and straightforward. The toilet can be controlled in 4 ways: via an app, with the remote control, buttons and knobs, or even solely using the knobs.

App control

The dedicated mobile application is designed specifically for the Genera Ultimate series shower toilets, allowing users to remotely activate selected functions.  Within the app, users can save the desired water temperature or preferred spray intensity.  The app is user-friendly, featuring a simple and intuitive navigation system. Moreover, the app enables users to register their product, extending the warranty for the ceramics and shower system from 2 to 3 years. Its huge advantage is also that it provides all the necessary information for users. It includes the user manual, frequently asked questions, and direct contact details for the service and technical support department. The app is compatible with the iOS and Android operating systems.

Remote control

While using (and also before or after) the shower toilet, users have the option to activate individual functions using a remote control that can be easily mounted on the wall near the toilet. The remote control features clear and easily understandable icons, allowing users for example to set the wash mode, adjust water temperature and spray intensity, or position the nozzle. It also enables the programming of permanent settings for two users. The remote control is compatible with the Genera Ultimate and Genera Comfort electronic toilet models.

Knob and button control

The toilet can also be operated using knobs and buttons, providing a manual yet intuitive and convenient method. The buttons feature clear icons, making their operation simple. The buttons can be used to control the Genera Ultimate and Genera Comfort models, allowing users to turn on or off the device and activate standard or feminine wash functions.

All Genera shower toilet models are equipped with a Ceramic brushed steel knob for activating the wash function (standard/feminine), adjusting water spray intensity and nozzle position, and in the Ultimate model, setting the drying temperature.   In electronic toilets it is placed on the right side of the ceramic bowl.

The Genera Manual toilet is operated solely with knobs – two knobs are included, enabling users to adjust the water spray intensity and temperature. Positioned on the side of the toilet, on the right and left, they not only offer functionality but also enhance its aesthetic appeal.

 

Genera shower toilets – modern convenience

Genera shower toilets are equipped with a variety of control systems, from the most technologically advanced – the app, to the simplest – the knob. The app and remote control are designed to guide users intuitively through the toilet usage process. However, if smartphone usage is not possible for any reason, the toilet can still be easily controlled using the remote control or buttons and knob.
